Saturday 7th – Sunday 8th December 2019

Our Angel Festival is a free to enter and free to visit event for the whole community,
Celebrating the true meaning of Christmas, bringing together schools, local groups,
charities and businesses at St Mary’s Apsley End.

At our angel festival we will have…

A multitude of Angels displayed around the church
created by people of all ages and representing a wide range of life in our community

Afternoon tea on the Friday for residents of local elderly care homes and
entertain them with singing from a local school choir, live flute playing
and possibly a jolly, red-suited special guest!

Craft activities for children and adults
An Angel photo booth
Light refreshments

A quiet space for reflection: a chance to take yourself away
from the busy-ness and bustle of Christmas preparations

In 2017 we held our very first Angel Festival. Over 500 people from over 30 organisations created angels – including our visitors and helpers, over 600 people were involved.

Can you help us top that this year and make it an even bigger community event
